I recently had a conversation with a woman who shared that she was struggling with feelings of depression and loss about an abortion that she had many years earlier. This woman expressed feelings of being haunted by her decision to terminate her pregnancy, even though she felt that it was the best decision she could have made at the time.

If you have chosen to have an abortion, you may find yourself suffering from some sort of loss right after the abortion or many years later. These feelings of loss can be very normal and there are ways to effectively deal with them and heal. Below are a number of resources that may be helpful in this healing process.
